株式会社ベイクルーズ（以下｢当社」といいます）は、お客様の個人情報を重要なものと認識し、その取り扱いにおいて細心の注意を払いプライバシーの保護の取り組みを推進しています。
この取り組みに従い、以下のとおり「個人情報の保護に関する法律」に基づいた個人情報の適切な保護と利用に関する指針（以下「本プライバシーポリシー」といいます）を制定し、公表します。


１．取り組み方針について

当社は、個人情報の適切な保護と利用に関し、関連法令及び本プライバシーポリシーに定める事項を遵守し、お客様の個人情報の適切な保護に努めるとともに、個人情報の管理体制とプライバシー保護の取り組みについて改善の努力を続けます。


２．適用範囲について

本プライバシーポリシーは、オンラインショッピングサイト「MASTERMIND TOKYO」（以下「当社サイト」といいます）において、当社がお客様の個人情報を取り扱う際に遵守する指針を示したものです。


３．個人情報の取得について

４．個人情報の利用目的について

当社は、以下の目的のため、お客様の個人情報を利用させていただきます。
（１）当社サイトへのログインおよびサービスのため

５．個人情報の管理について

当社は、お客様の個人情報の管理については、不正アクセス又は紛失・破壊・漏洩等がないよう、適切な安全対策を行います。また、お客様の個人情報を取り扱う全ての従業者（役員及び従業員等）に対し、個人情報保護の重要性についての教育を行うとともに、お客様の個人情報を委託する場合には、委託先（再委託先を含みます。）について適切に監督いたします。
  • アクセス制御を実施して、個人情報取扱担当者及び取り扱う個人情報データベース等の範囲を限定しております。
  • 個人データを取り扱う情報システムを外部からの不正アクセス又は不正ソフトウェアから保護する仕組みを導入しております。
また、当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の正確性・最新性を保ち、利用する必要性がなくなったときは当該個人情報を遅滞なく消去するよう努めます。


６．個人情報の第三者提供について

当社は、以下のいずれかに該当する場合を除きお預かりした個人情報を第三者に提供いたしません。
  • お客様から事前にご同意をいただいた場合
  • 利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において外部委託した場合
  • 法令に基づき提供を求められた場合
  • 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要な場合であって、お客さまの同意を得ることが困難である場合

当社のウェブサイトおよびサービス上では、お客様の閲覧情報を分析し、個々のお客様に適したサービスや情報、広告等を提供する目的のため、Cookieが使用されています。
