 This is the entry form for lottery sales. It is not sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

 [How to confirm the winning result]
 The result will be notified by e-mail only to those who have been elected from August 10th (Friday) to August 25th (Thursday).

 [Caution for entry]
・You can enter the lottery only once per person.
・Applications other than the entry form will not be accepted outside the entry period.
・Only the winners will be notified of the results by email. 
・E-mail notifications will not be sent to those who are not selected.
・Please note that we cannot accept any inquiries regarding screening and winning.
・We will send a winning notification email from “contact@mastermindtokyo.com”. Please make settings so that you can receive emails.
・The winning right belongs to the applicant and cannot be transferred to a third party.
・If we determine that the same person has entered multiple times, the entry will be invalidated without notice.
